We ship to the following European territories:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Vatican City.

Other destinations, if enabled at checkout, show costs and times when you place the order. EyesOnOff may refuse shipments to unsupported destinations.

• Italy: standard shipping is free on orders from €70 (unless a promotion on the site says otherwise).
• Below the threshold / international: the cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel.
• Outside the EU (if enabled at checkout): the cost varies; duties, import VAT and customs charges are paid by the recipient.

During promotions the threshold can change: the amount shown on the site and at checkout always applies.

Dispatch

• Items in stock: usually 1–3 business days from payment
• Items being restocked: we contact you with the expected timing
• We ship on business days only (weekends and public holidays excluded)

• EU: 3–8 business days
• Outside the EU: depends on destination and carrier
