Orders and shipping
In Italy, standard shipping is free from €70. Below that threshold (and for international destinations, where available) the cost is calculated at checkout. Details on Shipping and delivery.
We typically dispatch in 1–3 business days from payment. Estimated delivery: Italy 2–5 days, EU 3–8 days from dispatch. You will receive MailBoxes/MBE tracking by email.
When the shipment leaves, you receive an email from MailBoxes / MBE with the tracking code. Paste it on Track my order (the same tracking system as our other stores).
We ship to the European territories listed on Shipping and delivery (the same logistics coverage as Elegante Profumi). Destinations outside the EU only if enabled at checkout; duties and customs charges are paid by the recipient.
